Why won't my Outback Power Systems GFX1312E Battery Charger sell power to the grid?

If your Outback Power Systems Battery Charger will not sell power to the utility grid, consider the following: * Check the Stop Sell Reasons menu (STATUS/FX/SELL) using the MATE system display. The inverter may be behaving correctly based on its settings. * Verify that the grid voltage and frequency meet the inverter's approved limits. If not, the inverter is behaving correctly. Contact the utility company if necessary. The program selections for limits are IEEE or USER (MATE system display only). * High output loads will consume power before it can be returned to the utility grid. Turn off some output loads and observe the sell function. * The inverter may have been set to accept a generator. Inverters will not intentionally sell to a generator.
