Function Description:

The light curtains serve as a safety mechanism for advanced performance service doors, which are large, heavy objects moved by electric motors. Their primary function is to detect obstructions in the door's path, triggering a reversal of the door's movement to prevent injury or damage. The system comprises a transmitter and a receiver, which project and detect a series of light beams across the door opening. When an object breaks these beams, the system signals the door to stop and reverse.

Models: The light curtains are available in 3-foot and 6-foot models.
Electronics: The electronics for both 3-foot and 6-foot light curtains are provided in a single model, SG 17.
