Problem Possible reason Solution
Product not starting
The product is not turned on
The power cord is not properly connected
Electrical outlet is not working
Display does not work
Product starts but no UV light is visible
Treatment does not start
Low air flow
The product has not been activated
UV lamps are consumed
The treatment is started automatically
after a few seconds
Fan is blocked
HEPA filter is full
Push menu button to start the product
Replace UV lamps
When treatment is running the menu
button is encircled by a blue light
Make sure the fan input or output is not
blocked
Replace HEPA filter
Wait for delay function to disable or
remove by push and hold Timer button
(delay symbol disappears).
Delay function is active
