STANDARD CHIN STRAP
Adjust the chin strap on the left side:
pull the Velcro fastener to tighten the
chin strap until tight but comfortable.
Press down the metal buckle to
secure the chin strap.

TWIN CHIN STRAP
If you purchased the “twin chin strap version”, adjust the left and right side of
the chin strap: pull the Velcro fasteners to tighten the chin strap until tight but
comfortable. Press down the metal buckles to secure the chin strap.
