  If your PACIFIC CYCLE Scooter isn't running, a likely cause is a low battery. Try recharging it. Other potential causes include a tripped thermal fuse (reset it), loose wheel nuts (tighten them), or loose battery connectors (ensure they are firmly plugged in). If the wires around the motor are loose, or if the electrical system or motor is damaged, you should contact Consumer Relations at 877-741-6154 for an authorized service center. The battery might also be dead, in which case it should be replaced.

  If your PACIFIC CYCLE Scooter runs sluggishly or beeps, this may be due to the battery being low on power, so try recharging it. Also, the battery might be old and need replacement. Make sure you are not overloading the vehicle by reducing the weight on it, and operate the scooter on level ground and firm surfaces.
