If the HDD in your Packard Bell Laptop isn't operating correctly: * Disconnect all external devices. * Run a complete virus scan using up-to-date software. * Run the Windows Vista Startup Repair Utility. * Check the BIOS settings are correct. * Check that there are no yellow exclamation marks against the items in IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
