  If your Paco-Pumps Water Pump isn't delivering liquid at start-up, it might be due to several reasons: * The pump may not have been properly bled of air; in this case, properly bleed the pump of air. * The pump suction line may not be completely primed; completely prime the pump suction line. * The suction valve might be closed or only partially open; ensure the suction valve is fully open. * The suction strainer could be clogged with dirt or debris; clean or replace the clogged suction strainer.

  If your Paco-Pumps Water Pump is using too much power, it could be that the total head of installation (back pressure) is higher than the rated total head of the pump. To resolve this, check and adjust the installation head pressure.

Installation - Mechanical

Install pump on a firm, concrete foundation pad to dampen vibration and prevent misalignment.
