What to do if my Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner has no suction?
    • D
      dparkerAug 9, 2025
If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack has no or poor suction, start by checking the dust bag. If it's full, remove, empty, and clean it. Ensure the dust bag is installed correctly, with the rubber edging properly fitted around the canister. Make sure the hose is correctly connected and sealed. Check for any blockages in the hose, wand, and floor tools. Clean or replace the filters if they are blocked. Finally, check the battery charge level and charge the batteries if they are weak.

Why is my Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack not working?

      Lindsay ValdezAug 26, 2025
If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack is not working, it might be due to several reasons. First, check if the battery is properly connected. The machine needs two batteries to operate. If the battery was connected while the switch was ON, turn it OFF, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it back ON. Also, check the battery charge level and for any damage; charge if needed. High motor temperature can also cause shutdown, so turn the machine off, unblock the hose, and clean the dust bag. After 30 minutes, it should be ready. Finally, a time delay protection on the switch might be the cause; turn the machine OFF for 5 seconds and then back ON.
