      If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack has no or poor suction, there are several potential causes. First, check if the Hypercone dust bag is full; if so, remove, empty, and clean it. Ensure the Hypercone dust bag is installed correctly, making sure the rubber edging is correctly fitted around the canister. Also, verify that the hose is correctly installed and sealed. Blockages in the hose, wand, or floor tools can also cause suction issues, so remove any obstructions. Lastly, check the filters; clean the Hypercone filter and external motor filter.

      If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack isn't working, start by checking that the power cord is securely plugged into the power point, short lead, and the machine itself. If the backpack shuts off due to high motor temperature, turn it off, unplug it, and perform safety and maintenance checks. After 30 minutes (60 minutes for Wispa), it should be ready to use again. Also, check if the circuit breaker or RCD has tripped. If it trips again after resetting, it may indicate a more serious issue.
