  If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack isn't working, start by checking that the power cord is securely plugged into the power point, short lead, and the machine itself. If the backpack shuts off due to high motor temperature, turn it off, unplug it, and allow it to cool down for 30 minutes, referring to safety and maintenance checks in the manual or on the machine's label. Also, check if the circuit breaker or RCD has tripped; if it continues to trip after resetting, it's best to contact an authorized Pacvac service agent.

Why does my Pacvac Superpro Vacuum Cleaner backpack have no suction?

  If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack has no or poor suction, the Hypercone dust bag may be full or not installed correctly. Try removing, emptying, and cleaning the Hypercone dust bag, ensuring the rubber edging is correctly fitted around the canister. Also, check the hose for correct installation and sealing, and remove any blockages from the hose, wand, and floor tools. Lastly, clean the Hypercone filter and external motor filter.
