If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack has no or poor suction, there are several things you can check: * First, the dust bag might be full, so remove, empty, and clean it. * Second, ensure the dust bag is installed correctly, making sure the rubber edging is correctly fitted around the canister. For disposable bags, ensure it’s sealed tightly around the inlet. * Third, check the hose connection. Reconnect the hose and ensure it is correctly sealed. * Fourth, look for blockages in the hose, wand, and floor tools; remove any obstructions. * Finally, the filters might be blocked, so replace the filter and tap it gently to clean it.

What to do if my Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack is not working?

If your Pacvac Vacuum Cleaner backpack isn't working, start by checking that the power cord is securely plugged into the power point. Also, the backpack might shut off if the motor gets too hot; in this case, turn it off, unplug it, and let it cool down for 30 minutes (or 60 minutes for Wispa models). Then, conduct safety and maintenance checks as described in the product manual or on the machine's label. If it still doesn't work, contact an authorized Pacvac service agent. Finally, check if the circuit breaker or RCD has tripped. If it has, make sure the machine is in good working order before resetting it. If it trips again, contact a Pacvac service agent.
