Q: When trying to Playback a recording, I cannot find the
recorded file.
A: First check if the TF card is defective. If it is fine, then check
the search time for the recorded file. Also make sure the camera
system time has not been changed by mistake.
Q: Cannot record or cannot overwrite the data automatically
when TF card is full.
A: Format the TF card on your computer first, and then insert the
TF card into the camera. If the blue light is not ON, the TF card is
defective and must be replaces.
Q: WIFI Camera cannot connect to Wi-Fi
A: Make sure the Wi-Fi password is correct. The camera doesn’t
support 5G, so please make sure the mobile is connected to a
2.4GHz WIFI network.
Q: Cannot set WIFI.
A: Please check if Allocation unit size is less than 16KB while
formatting the TF card on your computer. The parameter should
be above 16KB for the process to work correctly.
Q: I forgot my password.
A: RESET the camera to recover to Factory Default settings.
Q: Cannot record with TF card.
