Troubleshooting:
Green light isn’t on after press “ ” icon
• You cannot turn on the grinder without enough power. Please charge the
grinder for 2 hours and then retry.
Cannot open hopper
• The finishing of the main housing is smooth. If you may find there is a
difficulty to twist out, you may try to use a towel to cover the Grindtech
with better gripping.
Clogging
• RED light will be on when clogging. The grinder may not be able to grind
coffee bean without enough power. Please charge the grinder for 2 hours
and then retry.
• If the grinder is fully charged, the grind size may be too fine to grind the
coffee beans. Please choose a coarser grind size.
