5. Hold the Allegro 3D biocontainer with the base port and port bracket facing down
and closest to you and the top multi-port system uppermost. Keep the side panels on
the uppermost face of the Allegro 3D biocontainer. Do not unfold the biocontainer.
6. Align the base port and port bracket close to the orifice in the tote (Figure 30). Pass
any tubing or system components attached to the bottom port through the orifice
in the tote and gently pull tubing while guiding the port bracket to the locating
ledges. Ensure that no tension is exerted on tube connections to the biocontainer
ports, and that there is sufficient slack for any other tube connections to system
components.
