7. Align the corners of the Allegro 3D biocontainer with the corners of the tote, with-
out unfolding the biocontainer. Confirm that the bottom bracket is securely located
in the retaining/locating ledges by holding the outlet port from underneath without
putting strain on the tubing. Lock the port bracket in place as shown by twisting
the latches provided on the underside (Figure 29) of the port bracket, which secure
it to the bottom of the tote in the locating orifice (Figure 30).
