2.5 About Privacy Mode
The Update
Firmware page
is displayed
when accessing
the camera.
• The camera firmware may be broken because the power was
turned off during the update, etc.
Download the latest firmware from the Panasonic Network
Camera support website and update the firmware.
Problem Cause and Remedy
Privacy button
does not work.
• The privacy button is not enabled on the Privacy Mode page.
Enable the privacy button on the Privacy Mode page (see
page 81 of the Operating Instructions on the Setup CD-
ROM).
