Click (Start) and enter “x:*

“x:” is the drive letter of the CD/DVD drive. Change this to match the drive
letter on your own computer.
B Click [Toughbook Connection Manager].
Follow the on-screen instructions, and install the Toughbook Connection
Manager.

Click [Wireless WAN Software Installer].
Follow the on-screen instructions, and install the Wireless WAN Software
Installer.
Uninstalling the software
A Click (Start) - [Control Panel] - [Uninstall a program] - [Toughbook
Connection Manager], and then click [Uninstall] to uninstall the software.
B Click (Start) - [Control Panel] - [Uninstall a program] - [Wireless WAN
Software Installer for Gobi 2000], and then click [Uninstall] to uninstall the
software.
C At [Uninstall Complete], conrm that [Yes, I want to restart my computer now]
is set and click [Finish].
The computer will restart.
A Click [start] - [Control Panel] - [Add or Remove Programs] - [Toughbook
Connection Manager], and then click [Remove] to uninstall the software.
B Click [start] - [Control Panel] - [Add or Remove Programs] - [Wireless WAN
Software Installer for Gobi 2000], and then click [Remove] to uninstall the
software.
If the [Found New Hardware Wizard] screen is displayed, click [Cancel] to
close the screen.
C At [Uninstall Complete], conrm that [Yes, I want to restart my computer now]
is set and click [Finish].
The computer will restart.
