Troubleshooting

The power does not turn on.
The appliance has not been charged.
Charge the appliance.

The AC adaptor is connected.
Disconnect the AC adaptor
before use.
The power turns off during use.
There is no power remaining in the
battery.
Charge the appliance.

Appliance is clogged with facial
cleanser.
Use warm water to clean and
remove the cleanser.
Too much facial cleanser or sticky facial
cleanser or other inappropriate cleanser
has been used.
Clean and remove the cleanser
and then try reducing the amount
of facial cleanser.
The appliance automatically turns off
approximately 3 minutes after using the
warming make-up removal mode and
approximately 1 minute after using the
brush cleansing or pore-targeted
cleansing modes.
The appliance stops every 20 seconds
when using to wash your face. (See
page 15.)
The charging indication/
notication lamp turns off.
This lamp turns off after charging is
complete. (See page 10.)
