Problem Possible cause Action
If you use the pore focus brush
after brush cleansing, the rotation
will be slow.
Too much foam has accumulated in the
facial cleanser compartment.
Rinse the facial cleanser
compartment with water.
(See pages 16 and 17.)
Water or foam come out around
the facial cleanser compartment,
main body holes or gaps.
• Too much water
• Too little facial cleanser
• The main body was not dried after
washing with water.
Please adjust the mixture, such
as reducing the amount of water
or increasing the amount of facial
cleanser. (See page 14.)
In addition, dry the main body
thoroughly after washing with
water. (See page 17.)
The main body has gaps in order to
allow air in to create bubbles. This
means that water and bubbles may
come out. There is no problem with
waterproofness.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized by
Panasonic for repair.
