Why isn't my Panasonic ES-ED93 Epilator cutting well when shaving?

If your Panasonic Epilator is not cutting as well as before when shaving, replace the blade if it is deformed. Note that the outer foil should be replaced approximately every year, and the inner blade approximately every 2 years.
