What to do if my Panasonic ES-ED96 Epilator does not operate when epilating?

If your Panasonic Epilator doesn't operate, several factors could be at play. Ensure the appliance is charged. Check that the switch isn't on while the adaptor is connected to the outlet. Avoid using the epilator in environments approximately 5 °C or lower. Also, inspect the skin protector or discs for any deformation, cracks, or damage. Accumulated hair dust or shower gel on the discs and blade, or shower gel/facial cleanser adhered to the sonic scrub brush/sonic facial brush or brush head can also cause this issue. Make sure that the frame is securely attached and that you are not pressing the appliance against your skin too hard.
