Description
Executes program between the MC and MCE instructions when the execution condition turns on.
When the execution condition is in the off state, the instructions operate as follows.

OT All off
KP Holds the state.
SET Holds the state.
RST Holds the state.
TM Reset
CT Holds the value.
SR Holds the value.
