To re-bake pre-purchased baguettes and rolls from room
temperature. Ensure height of baguette/rolls is no more than 2inch
(5 cm). Place baguette/crusty rolls on enamel tray on glass tray.
After cooking place on a wire rack for a few minutes.
20. Croissants
To re-bake pre-purchased croissants from room temperature.
Place croissants on enamel tray on glass tray. After cooking place
on a wire rack for a few minutes.
