For best performance, please note the following:
•Talk alternately with the caller in a quiet room.
•If the other party has difficulty hearing you, press Ö to decrease the
speaker volume.
•If the other party’s voice from the speaker cuts in/out during a
conversation, press Ö to decrease the speaker volume.
To adjust the speaker volume (8 levels) while talking
To increase, press Ñ.
To decrease, press Ö.
To redial the last number dialed on the base unit
Press (DIGITAL!SP-PHONE) and press (REDIAL).
To put a call on hold
Press (HOLD/RINGER).
•The DIGITAL SP-PHONE indicator flashes.
To release the hold
From the base unit, press (DIGITAL!SP-PHONE).
From the handset, press or , or lift the handset off the base
unit.
•If another phone is connected on the same line (p. 58), you can also release the
hold by lifting its handset.
