For the Proper Use of Product
• Be sure to observe the following matters to prevent a failure or a malfunction of this product and to maintain
the product performance properly.
Environment
• Do not run the wires together with high-voltage lines or power lines or put them in the same raceway. This might cause
malfunction due to induction.
• Avoid using this product in the vicinity of devices (such as a solenoid, etc.) producing strong electric or magnetic fields,
because they might cause a malfunction due to noise.
• Do not use this product in the vicinity of a flame, or in a place having high temperature and high humidity.
• Avoid using this product in the following places;
• where no good breath-ability or ventilation
• where corrosive or combustible gas is generated
• where a lot of dust, iron particles, etc., are produced
• where a lot of chemicals or oil mist is generated
• where expose to sea breeze
• where is exposed to direct sunlight or salt breeze, otherwise, the case may be deformed or malfunction.
• where the temperature changes rapidly and dew
Installation
• When fixing this product, check the strength of the mounting surface, and mount the product onto the place where there is
no danger of falling or detaching.
• Do not hit the device with a tool such as a hammer at the installation. Do not use excessive force while tightening the
screws (nuts).
• Do not insert any screw of length exceeding the specification.
Connecting
• Do not give excessive load acts (give strong power, extreme folding, forced bending, pulling or pinching) on the
connecting cable.
• Do not leave the cable twisted. When a load or tension is applied, it may cause disconnection.
• Turn OFF the power of Laser marker/Laser welding machine when connecting or disconnecting the touch panel console.
• For connection method or software system settings, see the manuals for the laser marker/laser welding machine.
Others
• Do not press the surface of the touch panel with a sharp-pointed object or a pencil.
• The surface of the case is made of resin. Do not hit hard objects, it may cause damage.
• Be sure to store the packing material. If you transport this product, reuse the packing materials to prevent damages during
transportation.
