Caution
Connect
earth wire
When touching the control unit, or
may touch it, ground the human
body, clothes, working table etc.
with several mage ohm resister,
and release the charged static
electricity.
Microcomputer may be damaged
by static electricity.
Request
Please do not reuse after repair if the
cupper foil pattern of control unit is broken.
Points when working
• Pull out the fasten terminals with stopper while pressing
the part indicated with arrow.
1. Take out the screw of holder A comp. (Refer to Fig-4)
2. Remove water proof cover B comp. from holder A
comp.
3. Disconnect the lead wire of thermister comp. on
Control unit A comp. and electric pump. (Refer to
Fig-6).
4. Take out the Control unit A comp. from holder A comp.
(Take out raising the hook A.)
5. Disconnect CN4 of electric pump and CN1 connector
of Thermistor comp.
6. Disconnect lead wire of CN2 and CN3.
7. Disconnect lead wire E comp.
Points when working
• Do not stress the electronic parts of Control unit A comp.
when disconnecting each lead wire.
Points when assembling
• When insert the lead wire E comp. into Control unit A
comp., insert toward the direction shown on Fig-6.
