Containers to use
1. Preheating is not available for Eco Combi.
2. You can change the cooking time during cooking if required. Tapping
the
to increase or decrease the cooking time. Time can be
increased/decreased in 1 minute increments, up to 10 minutes.
3. To turn food just pull the door handle downwards to open, turn the
food, return to the oven, close the door and press the Start/Set pad
to start. The oven will continue to count down the remaining cooking
time.
Do not use plastic microwave containers on Eco Combi programs
(unless suitable for Eco Combi cooking). Dishes must be able to
withstand the heat of the top grill elements- heatproof glass e.g. Pyrex
®
or ceramic are ideal.
You can place foods directly
on Wire Rack with heatproof
dishes underneath.
For advice on cooking times refer to cooking and reheating charts in this
book. See pages 75-89. Foods should always be cooked until browned and
piping hot.
Your dishes and surrounding oven will get
very hot. Use oven gloves.
Food is always cooked uncovered.
