11.8. Disassembly of Doors
11.8.1. Door FC A’ssy, PAS-DOOR SW.
BOARD (Door FC)
1. Remove the GRIL FRONT and disconnect the blue
and white joints.
For the point of work, please refer to 11.7.3.2.
2. Open the COVER HINGE TOP (L) by removing 2
screws and pulling it upwards.
3. Remove PAS-DOOR SW. BOARD (FC Door).
a. Slide the PAS-DOOR SW. BOARD (FC Door)
Holder out of the COVER HINGE TOP (L).
b. Slide out the PAS-DOOR SW. BOARD (Door FC)
from its holder and disconnect its connector to
remove.
4. Remove Door FC A’ssy.
a. Remove the grounding screw.
b. Remove 3 Hex Screws.
c. Disconnect all wires connectors.
d. Lift the HINGE TOP (L) to remove.
e. Lift the DOOR AS. FC off the Bottom Hinge (L) and
remove together with the hoses attached.
NOTE
When removing the HINGE TOP, be careful that the door
does not fall forward.
