Deleting the partition
You can delete the last partition on a TYPE S hard drive.
1 Switch to the USB HOST mode.
2 Connect the USB hard drive.
3 Press [MENU/MODE CHK].
4 Using , and , select “HDD”–“EXPLORE”, and press .
The hard drive information is displayed.
5 Move the cursor and select the last partition.
6 Select “OPERATION”–“DELETE LAST PARTITION”, and press .
The last partition will be deleted. If the cursor is not present at the last partition, “DELETE LAST
PARTITION” menu cannot become effective.
Only the last partition can be deleted. The deleted partition cannot be restored. Check this point before
deleting.
Partitions wherever in the middle position cannot be deleted.
