Why does the communication break up on my Panasonic Control Unit?
    • J
      Jay Hill DVMSep 12, 2025
If communication with your Panasonic Control Unit breaks up, or it's hard to hear, the All-In-One Headsets or Belt Packs may be too far from the Center Module. Obstructions like concrete walls or metal devices between the Center Module and the headsets/belt packs can also cause this. Contact the store where you purchased the unit, and move it to a location without obstructions.

What to do if it is not possible to upload message voice source files to Panasonic Intercom System?
    • D
      Daniel WilliamsSep 8, 2025
If you're unable to upload message voice source files to your Panasonic Intercom System, consider the following: * If no SD card is inserted, the remaining capacity will display as “----------KB/----------KB” when you click the [SD memory card] button in the Setup menu panel. * Ensure that the files you're trying to upload are not larger than the available space on the SD card. * Verify that the SD card is not locked, as this will prevent files from being uploaded.

    • N
      Nicholas MartinezSep 7, 2025
If you're having trouble accessing the Panasonic Intercom System's Center Module via the internet: * Ensure that the default gateway and DNS server address are correctly set. If you're using a DDNS service, double-check its settings. * If the router lacks UPnP, configure port forwarding to enable internet access to the Center Module. Consult your router's manual for guidance on setting up port forwarding. * Configure the router to permit access via the Internet. Refer to the router's manual for setup instructions. * Access the module using the Center Module's IP address used for internet access (the global address) along with the Center Module's port number.

Why is there an echo in my Panasonic Control Unit headset?
    • D
      David BarrAug 21, 2025
An echo from the headset earpiece during microphone use can occur due to several reasons. It might be that the order post speaker and microphone are too close or not securely anchored, causing vibrations. Ensure they are sufficiently distanced and firmly mounted to absorb vibrations. High audio input and output levels can also cause an echo. Lower the audio input and output levels (OUT MIC/OUT SP) for the order post. Finally, the echo canceller might be off or set too low. Adjust the echo canceller to an appropriate level, with the default setting being “MID.”
