      If you cannot communicate with other store personnel or the customer at the order post using your Panasonic Headsets, the Center Module might be off. Ensure that the power switch of the Center Module is turned on. Also, the ID of your headset might not be registered, so register the ID in the Center Module. It’s also possible that the [S] +[P] or [S] + [T] buttons may have been accidentally pressed simultaneously, causing extended functions to start. In that case, turn the power off and then back on.
