Getting Started
This chapter lists the required hardware, software, tools and materials for installing the
CRAC/CRAH sensor kits.
Required Hardware
The required hardware for this installation is contained in the CRAC/CRAH sensor kits.
CRAC/CRAH Sensors installation kits contain:
l ThermaNode:
l Transmits data from cable assembly sensors and to the gateway
l Contains four AA-size batteries
l Contains a pin plug that accepts sensor assemblies
l CRAC/CRAH Cable Assembly:
ThermaNodes connect to a 2-sensor cable assembly that measures return and sup-
ply air temperature and humidity. The cable assembly includes:
l Plenum-rated material
l Return and supply wires measuring 10’ in length
l Stainless steel sensors
l Labels for supply and return wires
l Adhesive-backed cable clips
