Shutter Actuator Output Connector
FB4 has a built-in PWM output which may be connected directly to
an actuator, for the purposes of implementing a redundant mechanical
shutter. The signals are described below.

As a shutter actuator, we recommend the VRAD 1510 or VRAD 506
actuator from the ScannerMAX division of Pangolin.
