Step3: Gently pull the jammed paper straight out.
Step4: Remove the jammed paper and close the fuser door and the rear cover, then the
printer will automatically resume printing.
Duplex Unit Jam:
Step1: Remove the duplex printing unit from the back of the printer.
Step2: Remove the jammed paper from the duplex unit.
