PULSOUT
Output a timed pulse.
usage: PULSOUT pin,period
Pin will be made an output opposite of it’s OUTx value for period*2µs.
Pin will be left in output mode with OUTx state.
Period may be a value from 0-65535; a value of 0 will result in no output
pulse.
