8. SPARE PARTS
The CEV valve body has not replaceable/inspectable parts and, if damaged, it simply must be replaced. In that case,
be sure the refrigerant has been reduced to a safe level (0 bar). The valve may be replaced by unsoldering or cutting
the piping. A tubing cutter must be used to prevent creating contaminants in the piping. See the Installation section on
procedures to use during valve installation.
Conversely, the stator is replaceable with a new one, without removing the valve body from the system.
Ensure that the new components are an exact replacement or meets all functional requirements of system and are
compatible with the controller. Refer to page 15 for the spares list.
Special requirements for ATEX products:
Defective parts can be replaced by the User, but care shall be taken in selecting a product identical to the replaced
one. The replacement must be done by qualied personnel only.
Repair of defective parts is never allowed.
9. MATERIALS AND DISPOSAL
At the end of the designated lifespan, the product must be correctly dismantled and disposed. These activities are in
charge to the User and must be assigned to a licensed Company, which must segregate and scrap the materials as per
the local laws in force. Prior to recycle the materials, remove of the residues of operating uids.

-Symbol gekennzeichnet.
RESTRISIKEN
 Fluidaustritt mit hoher Geschwindigkeit oder hohem Druck.
 Die Oberächen können sehr heiß oder sehr kalt werden.
 Kontakt mit beförderten Fluiden kann zu Verbrennungen, Kälteverbrennungen, Vergiftung oder sonstigen
Verletzungen führen.
 Funkenbildung oder Explosion durch Auadung mit statischer Elektrizität oder andere Stromquellen.
 Funkenbildung oder Explosion durch entzündliche Flüssigkeiten.
