Step

Remove shock valve caps 1. There are two caps, one on each side of
the endblock.
2. Remove each cap using a ratchet and a
5/16” hex head socket.
Remove spring and shock
valve from each side
Turn endblock to side and remove spring
and shock valve.
Remove rotating group with
pistons
1. Tilt top housing to 90 degrees, slowly
pull barrel off shaft making sure pistons
do not fall off barrel.
2. Ensure pistons stay in original location
of the barrel.
Remove port plate 1. You may need to use a at blade screw-
driver or similar tool to separate the port
plate from the endblock.
Be careful not to scratch the port plate
running surface (barrel interface).
