Why is it difficult to start and keep the fire burning in my Parkray Stove?

  If you're having trouble starting or maintaining a fire in your Parkray Stove, it could be due to low flue draught. It is recommended to speak to your installer. Alternatively, the wood you're using might have a moisture content exceeding 20%. Make sure to use dry, seasoned wood with less than 20% moisture.

Another cause might be wet wood, specifically if the moisture content is over 20%. To resolve this, ensure you're using dry, seasoned wood with a moisture content below 20%.
