Used batteries
• If a fully recharged battery lasts for
considerably shorter operating times,
the battery is used up and needs to be
replaced. Only use an OEM battery
pack replacement available from our
CustomerService.
• Always take heed of the applicable
safety instructions as well as the envi-
ronmental protection regulations and
information(see“CleaningandMain-
tenance”).
Storage
• Remove the battery before storing the
unit for longer periods of time (e.g.
hibernation).
• Store the battery only in a partially
chargedstate.Thestateofcharge
shouldbe40–60%overalonger
storage period (two LED lights on the
chargestatusdisplay(3)illuminate).
• During a longer storage period, check
the state of charge of the battery and
recharge if necessary roughly every
3months.
• In order to keep the battery well
charged, avoid exposing the appliance
to extreme heat or cold in storage.
• Theoptimumstoragetemperaturefor
thebatteryisbetween0°Cand45°C.
During storage, avoid extreme cold
or heat so the battery does not lose
power.
Wall mounted charger

Youcanalsomountthecharger(5)onthe
wall.
• Using dowels, place two screws hori-
zontally152.4mm(6”)apartatthe
desired position on a wall.
• Thescrewheadcanhaveadiameter
of7-10mm.
• Leave the screw heads protruding at
adistanceofapprox.10mmfromthe
wall.
• With the openings of the wall bracket,
youcanattachthecharger(5)tothe
two screws and pull the charger down
until it stops.
When drilling, be careful not to
damage any supply lines. Use
suitablesearchdevicestond
these or consult an installation
plan for guidance. Contact with
electrical cables can lead to
electricshockandre.Contact
with a gas pipe can result in an
explosion. Damage to a water
pipe can lead to property dam-
age and electric shock.

charger(5)withadrybrushordrycloth.
Keeptherechargeablebattery(1)and
charger(5)awayfrommoistureandsharp
objects.
