Displaying maximum, 2/3 of
maximum, minimum or average
readings
In measurement mode, press MAX/MIN[7]. The
display[3] shows MAX[] together with the maximum
wind speed and the maximum temperature, which have
been recorded since you entered this mode (Fig.D).
Press MAX/MIN[7] again. All recorded readings are
erased. The display[3] shows 2/3MAX[] together
with two-thirds of the maximum wind speed and the
maximum temperature, which have been recorded since
you entered this mode.
Press MAX/MIN[7] again. All recorded readings are
erased. The display[3] shows MIN[] together with
the minimum wind speed and the minimum temperature,
which have been recorded since you entered this mode
(Fig.E).
Press MAX/MIN[7] again. All recorded readings are
erased. The display[3] shows AVG[] together with the
average wind speed and the average temperature, which
have been recorded since you entered this mode.
Press MAX/MIN[7] again. All recorded readings are
erased. The product returns to measurement mode.
Troubleshooting

The measurement is

If yes: Replace with new batteries.
The value in the
display[3] is not
reacting.

If yes: Briefly press HOLD[6].
The value in the
display[3] is barely
visible.
The batteries are low (see “Inserting/
changing the batteries”).
Electrostatic discharges can lead to malfunctions. In the event
of such malfunctions, remove the batteries briefly and reinsert
them.
Cleaning and care
Do not allow liquids to enter the product. Otherwise the
product may be damaged.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or
other chemical solutions since these could damage the
housing or even impair operation.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning.
The product is maintenance-free. No components need to
be maintained inside the product.
Before every use: Check the product for visible external
damage.
