10.General.ThisLicenseisgovernedbythelawsoftheFederalRepublicof
Germany.ThisLicenseistheentireagreementbetweenyouandPCTVSystems
andsupersedesanyothercommunicationwithrespecttotheSoftware.No
modificationoforamendmenttothisLicen

ewillbeeffectiveunlessinwriting
signedbybothparties.IfanyprovisionofthisLicenseisheldinvalidor
unenforceable,theremainderofthisLicensewillcontinueinfullforceand
effect.

