A tick in the zone 2 checkbox will make the software wait for
the previous zone’s B/H (PCB Temp) limit to be met before
continuing with zone 2
Ramp rate (°C/Sec) (Component Temperature)
 If a +ve value is set time for zone, T/H power will be
adjusted to always maintain this ramp rate
 If value=0, the software will maintain temps for the
time duration set (Soak)
 a -ve value, cool down, the software will control the
rate of cooling if a T/H power is set.
Align (Time and Power)
Controls topheat for alignment of component within IR spot
Standby Power
Allows PCB Preheaters to stay warm during standby. Normally
set to 5 – 10% Power
