The Send Jack provides a pre amp output that may be used to drive slave ampliers and external
eects processors. The Return Jack provides a power amp input for the last eect in the chain. NOTE:
When using the unit as a slave power amplier, the Return Jack should be used as the input.

DIRECT INTERFACE (DI)
This is a built-in, balanced Direct Interface is used to send a buffered, unprocessed signal to an
external mixer. NOTE: The Direct Interface features failsafe circuitry, which runs on standard
48-volt phantom power from the mixer. This allows the DI to continue functioning even in the
event of a blown circuit breaker or amplifier shutdown. In the event of a failsafe operation, the
mute switch will be bypassed. This circuit is active, even when the power switch is in the "Off"
position.
