Certication: This booster seat meets or exceeds all
applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213
requirements for use in motor vehicles. This restraint
is NOT certied for aircraft use.
Expiration: Do not use this unit after twelve (12)
yearsfrom the date of purchasing. If a purchaseproof
is not available, refer to the production date labeled
onthe seat.
In case of a crash: If this booster seat is involved in a
minor crash, you may continue to use it. Otherwise, it
must be replaced. If you have questions, call customer
service at 1-800-671-1701.
• A minor crash is one where you can say YES to ALL of
the following statements:
The vehicle was able to be driven away from the
crash site.
The vehicle door nearest the booster seat was not
damaged.
• None of the passengers in the vehicle sustained any
injuries in the crash.
• If the vehicle has air bags, the air bags did not deploy
during the crash.
There is no visible damage to the booster seat.
