Maintenance task
Cleaning the Excelion 1200 grass cutting brush-cutter
Visual check of the machine's safety systems (distancing device, carrying eye,
safety casing)
Check the trigger safety system functions
Check the sharpness of blades and sharpen if necessary
Visual check of the cutting tool (no cracks or deformation)
Visual check of the cutting tool at the shaft attachment (no deformations or
wear)
Check the wear of the notched cam's teeth and sharpen if necessary or remple
the notched cam
Check the battery level
Inspection of the machine by an approved Pellenc dealer
REMARK:
Have the machine overhauled every 250 operating hours or once a year at least by an approved Pellenc dealer.
Always store the machine clean and in a dry enclosure with the battery charged.
