USING THE PELOTON GUIDE
CAMERA
When the Guide’s camera is in use, the status light will turn green. The camera is only in use when you are in a class with the camera
cover open and Self Mode (see p. 25) turned on.
When the Guide is powered on, but the camera is not in use, the status light will be white. To shut the camera off completely, slide the
camera cover over the lens.
MICROPHONE
The Guide’s microphone is used only for listening to voice commands during a class. To disable the microphone and turn off voice
control, toggle the switch on the back of the Guide.
POWER
To shut down the Guide, press or to open the main menu. Navigate to the bottom of the menu and select power symbol.
The Guide will also shut itself off after about 15 minutes of inactivity. To set a longer time-out period, navigate to Settings › Screen ›
Auto-Sleep.
To wake the Guide, press any button on the remote. If the Guide and remote are both asleep, you may need two button-presses to wake
the system.
