What to do if PENSOTTI Boiler has flame detection malfunction?
    • N
      Nathan MurphyAug 18, 2025
If your PENSOTTI Boiler's flame detection is malfunctioning, the issue might be with the ionization electrode. Try cleaning it, or consider replacing it. Alternatively, the ionization electrode cable could be faulty and need replacement, or the printed circuit board could be malfunctioning, requiring replacement.

What to do if safety thermostat tripped on PENSOTTI PCC 34-H Boiler?
    • E
      Emily BensonAug 21, 2025
If the safety thermostat on your PENSOTTI Boiler trips at 203 °F (95 °C), it could be due to a thermostat malfunction or being out of calibration, requiring a replacement. Alternatively, the thermostat cable might be disconnected, so you should check the wiring.

Why is the heating sensor not working on my PENSOTTI Boiler?
    • M
      mark61Aug 25, 2025
If the heating sensor in your PENSOTTI Boiler is malfunctioning, it might be due to the sensor itself being out of calibration (resistance value 10 kOhms at 77 °F / 25 °C), in which case you should replace it. Another possibility is that the sensor cable is disconnected or wet; check the electrical connection.

What to do if PENSOTTI Boiler shows no water in the system?
    • B
      bartlettjamesSep 1, 2025
If your PENSOTTI Boiler indicates no water in the system, it could be due to insufficient water pressure (stopping at 0.3 bar). In this case, fill the system. Another potential cause is a disconnected water pressure switch cable, so check the wiring. Additionally, the water pressure switch itself might be malfunctioning, requiring replacement.

How to fix no flame and tripped air pressure switch on PENSOTTI PCC 34-H Boiler?
    • R
      reidsheilaNov 14, 2025
If the PENSOTTI Boiler shows no flame and the air pressure switch has tripped, and there's no ignition, first check the mains supply for gas. If that's not the issue, the problem could be a malfunctioning gas valve, in which case you should replace it. Alternatively, the mechanical minimum adjustment or slow ignition adjustment on the gas valve may be set too low; try regulating these. For LPG boilers, verify that the gas valve inlet pressure isn't too high by checking the maximum pressure setting. Also, inspect the condensate disposal system for blockages and empty the condensate trap, if needed. If the problem persists and there is ignition, check if the power supply live and neutral wires are inverted and connect them correctly. The issue might also be a faulty ionization electrode, whi...
