What to do if my Pentair FREEFLO will not prime due to too much air?

If your Pentair Water Pump won't prime because of too much air, check the suction piping and valve glands on any suction gate valves. Secure the pot casing lid on the pump strainer pot, ensuring the lid o-ring is in place. Also, verify that the o-ring on the union is in good condition and properly positioned, as well as the o-ring on the diffuser nose. Finally, check the water level to ensure the skimmer isn't drawing in air.
