8.1 Ethernet WAN
There are four possible connection methods for the Ethernet WAN connection:
1. DHCP
2. Static IP
3. PPPoE
4. L2TP
5. GRE
8.1.1 DHCP Connection
The DHCP connection method is suitable if the ISP provides an IP address automatically using
DHCP (e.g., satellite modem, WiMAX modem, cable, Metro Ethernet, etc.).
Enter a name to represent this WAN connection.
This setting enables the WAN connection. If schedules have been defined,
you will be able to select a schedule to apply to the connection.
