Confirm the unit is in Cool Mode with a suitable temperature setting. If near a heat source, relocate the unit. If the air feels cool, recheck the points above. If using Follow Me, move the remote away from the unit. For a temperature sensor issue, carefully straighten the tube away from the coil. Finally, unplug the unit for at least 5 minutes, following the reset instructions on the plug.

If the thermostat is set too cold for nighttime cooling, defrost the coil by setting it to Fan Only mode and then increase the temperature setting.
